Cheryl has been a member of the REIWA Strata Committee since 2020 involved in strata training, research and advocacy looking to shape the strata industry.

Cheryl Oprandi
Commenced her real estate career in 2006 and in 2014 added her skills as an Auctioneer and became a certified Openn Negotiator. As most of the contracts she and Ray handle involve strata from 2019 Cheryl was voted in to sit on the Committee for REIWA as an advisor for Strata. She has been actively involved with the changes for the new strata act.
Since 2017 she has been involved as a real estate expert in the media and appearing as a regular guest speaker on Radio stations such as 94.5fm, 6PR, Curtin Radio 2UE in Sydney, 3AW Melbourne also appearances on the news for channel 7 and 9. She has also been nominated to talk at various Rotary functions on being a polio survivor. Her media appearance provides her an opportunity to expand her network base to assist with her sales in real estate.
Her working life started in Education as a teacher, progressed to lecturing in Science at WA Universities and Manchester University in England. All this has given her the professional touch needed in researching, marketing and analysing property values, and the excellent listening skills required to guide buyers and sellers to achieve a mutual goal.
Ray Oprandi
Ray is a Licensed Real Estate Agent, Auctioneer and a certified Openn Negotiator. He started his real estate career in 2015 and comes equipped with over 30 years of negotiating and organisational skills. Prior to his role in real estate, he worked in Engineering with ABB, Emmerson and GE, travelling extensively and whilst involved in many large projects, both globally and locally. For the 10 years prior to leaving the industry he managed teams that travelled in various locations in the world commissioning high voltage equipment.
Ray is cool, calm and collected with a razor-sharp mind, attention to detail and an uncompromising sense of integrity. He handles sticky situations well, never one to back off from a challenge and always works in the best interest of his client.
They have also been involved with a number of overseas investors and companies with employees that relocate to Perth, such the Indian Consulate, CEO of mining companies PwC and celebrities.
