“I’ll go an 11” – incredible, does anything and everything that’s needed to get you across the line. Goes way above and beyond what you expect from an agent. It was an investment property that Adriana was selling – couldn’t have been more impressed with Sioux. Used the example of a settlement issue where Sioux not only found evidence that the maintenance/repair issue WAS a strata body issue (she dug out their old minutes!) despite them saying it was not – she also liaised with the strata body and met with the contractors personally on site to endure the matter was resolved. I couldn’t have asked for a better agent – she is worth more money (please tell management at SLP that).

The sale took longer than expected and Sioux did everything she could to drum up interest, she was always in touch. I really appreciated her honesty. For example, she told me to say no to the first offer (it was too low) and, sure enough, a second offer came along that was higher. She is VERY in tune with the Perth market. These experiences will always have ups and downs and I was nervous but Sioux delivered a great result.

For example, the settlement issue where she not only found evidence that the maintenance/repair issue WAS a strata body issue (she dug out their old minutes) despite them saying it was not – she also liaised with the strata body and met with the contractors personally on site to ensure the matter was resolved. Sioux was incredible, does anything and everything that’s needed to get you across the line. She also goes way above and beyond what you expect from an agent. I couldn’t have asked for a better agent – she is worth more money.
