    This was the sale of my mothers unit in a retirement village. We had it listed with another agent for 3 months prior to giving it to Susan Foley.     Helen Bidmead was very good. It was a remote sale. We are in Melbourne and needed an agent in Perth who could handle things. Helen did very well and it was a good outcome.

Her knowledge of marketing and how to go about selling the property was also excellent. Her level of service was fantastic, she was extremely responsive. She always let me know what was going on and I didn't have to prompt her, or ask for, information. She anticipated the things I needed to know and the things that were important. Because we are interstate that was very important to us - to have someone on the ground who knew what was happening. And Susan did! Susan Foley is very forthcoming, very honest, very open and also thoughtful. I was very impressed and would definitely use her again and have no hesitation in recommending her to others.



    I was very satisfied with the service I received from Jill Barker. She delivered on what she spoke to me about and communicated well. She kept me informed.



    Rachel Griffiths was absolutely great - 100% She kept us informed every inch of the way. She was bubbly, full of life and we always knew where we stood. The market was slow (the prices were in decline and it was a bad time to be selling) and Rachel came up with different ideas to generate more interest.



    I was extremely satisfied with the service I received from Ziggy Bale. Most of all it was his professionalism, integrity and honesty. We had a few issues with the property and repairs that needed to be done. We did them but there was a lot of "toing and froing" between us and the buyer. Ziggy handled it with a high level of integrity - always making sure the buyer was fully aware of what was happening, telling the truth and cooperating with us.



    I was extremely happy with the service I received fromPeter Powell. I could not say a bad thing about him and he couldn't have done anything to have improved. Peter was genuine, easy to talk to, friendly and constantly kept me up to date with what was happening and feedback from potential buyers. I would definitely use Peter Powell again.
